Meet The Team
Kirk Riollano
Turbocharger Assembly & Quality Control
Founded Boost Lab in 2008 after leaving corporate America, driven by a fascination with turbochargers and a desire to build something from the ground up. Today Kirk handles final assembly, quality control, and the custom digital infrastructure that powers the shop's fully paperless operations.
Ryan Hostetler
Fuel Injection Specialist
A UTI graduate and core member of the team since 2012, Ryan is often the first voice customers hear. He manages day-to-day operations, customer communications, and oversees all fuel injector diagnostics across the shop's fleet of testing benches.
Adam Pernas
Disassembly & Component Prep
Part of the team since 2017, Adam handles turbocharger teardowns, precision cleaning, and component preparationāensuring every unit is ready for inspection and rebuild.
Hoover
The newest member of the team, Hoover keeps the floors spotless and personally greets every customer who walks through the door. Specializes in morale management and unconditional support during long rebuild sessions.
